When consuming a yarn skein it should be done by just clicking on the yarn requirement in project, if done accidentally, a revert should appear at the bottom.

Further more after having consumed a yarn skein the project is shown as missing a yarn skein, but in reality the appropriate amount is still allocated, and the project has just progressed, maybe add status bar.
